San Fabiano Estate is located on the Chianti hillsides overlooking the town of Arezzo, owned by Court Borghini Baldovinetti de’Bacci and family for centuries. Just after the second World War, the estate committed to viticulture and winemaking and started bottling in the 1960s. It is the heart of the business, with the cellars for the gathering, processing and ageing of the grapes that are brought here from their other two estates: namely Campriano and Poggio Uliveto.
