Join us for our monthly The Cellar Talk at The Cellar, Grand Hyatt. For the month of May, we are featuring wines from the vineyards of California. Bread & Butter wines' flavors and aromas develop through the wine making process either through the use of oak fermentation and aging or malolactic fermentation. While Callaway's style is rooted in the crisp, fresh varietal character of grapes that are gently extracted at just the right amount of fruit character and tannin structure.
